Nestled in a privileged natural setting, this architectural project redefines the relationship between construction and landscape. Designed around a majestic arrayán tree, the project embraces a philosophy of absolute respect for the existing nature, seamlessly blending into the environment. The design uses noble materials such as natural stone, concrete, and wooden sleepers, evoking a rustic yet elegant aesthetic that celebrates harmony with the surroundings.
Horizontal planes serve as one of the project’s main conceptual pillars. Carefully terraced platforms rise above the pool, establishing a direct visual connection with the surrounding landscape. This arrangement not only takes advantage of the site’s natural topography but also creates a fluid and continuous experience between the different levels of the space.
At the heart of the project, the arrayán tree stands as a sculptural element that organizes and breathes life into the design. This centuries-old tree becomes the visual and emotional centerpiece, shading a multifunctional space that invites reflection and gathering. In front of it, an imposing 7-meter-long concrete countertop rises as another major protagonist. This linear, robust, and functional element serves both as a workspace and dining area, while visually bridging the architecture with nature.
The project culminates with an integrated barbecue area that reinforces the idea of outdoor enjoyment, surrounded by natural textures and unparalleled views. Stone, wood, and concrete come together in perfect harmony, transforming the garden into a space where nature and architectural design meet in total balance.
