In 2014 Studio Octopi were appointed to take over the design of a new contemporary five bedroom house in Surrey.

The property encloses onto a Grade II Listed barn that needs complete restoration. The house is 970 sqm across a 4 acre Green Belt plot.

In July 2015 Studio Octopi recieved planning permission for an extended basement scheme. The basement includes a 25m lap pool, gymnasium and garage.

The project is currently out to tender, starting construction in November 2016.
