Stauf's Coffee Roasters in downtown Columbus is a full-service coffee shop and cafe located in the original loading dock of a historic industrial warehouse. With an addition and renovation of the warehouse, Stauf's calls the View on Grant "home."

The project encompassed the tenant improvements of approximately 850 square feet total and included modifications to the current design in order to accommodate a full-service coffee shop and café (serving pre- made pastries, sandwiches, salads). Also included were a custom bar and storage, and additions to the base building lighting, electrical, telecommunications and HVAC systems.
