The main goal for this project was to build a temporary office to support the building and selling of a future housing area.
Having this as a starting point, and knowing that the costs had to be controlled, the strategy was to combine an easy structural building with great architecture. Concrete blocks, glass and drywalls were the main components.
The objective was to have the public spaces opened to the outside, while the private spaces would be more controlled using inside patios. The result is a clean straight lined building, where the mixture between the hardness of the concrete, the lightness of the glass and the use of patios will create a fusion of emotions to visitors or workers in the building.
The central place is where the model of the housing area is exposed, a separate space surrounded by glass, while the rest of the program are meeting rooms, offices and toilets.
The interior spaces are characterized by a lightweight structure achieved through the use of the dark background colors.
