A generous central courtyard blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior in this building, promoting a fluid transition and reinforcing the connection between the built and natural environments. The intensive landscaping integrated into this space plays a fundamental role in enhancing the environmental quality of the complex, offering areas for rest and social interaction that complement the workspaces and promote well-being. Its operable skylight ensures the usability of the courtyard under various weather conditions.
The accessible rooftop slab functions as an elevated plaza. This shared space not only provides moments of contemplation but also strengthens the connection with the urban landscape of Jardim Paulistano, encouraging active use throughout the building.
All four elevations of the building are wrapped in a curtain wall system with screen-printed glass. The parametrically designed geometric pattern acts as a solar protection element. This solution contributes to the building's environmental performance by reducing internal heat gain, minimizing glare, and giving the volume a strong visual identity through a dynamic mosaic of light and shadow effects.
