The plot is located above the tunnel of the A86 motorway and is bordered by the RER railways. The founding act was the establishment, in this constrained site, of the three gyms forming a large sports area.

The project includes:
• Event room with bleachers
• Multi-sports hall with bleachers
• A climbing room
• Reception areas (Grand Hall - Lodge - Social Space (Bar)
• Annexes (Infirmary - Staff rooms - Offices - Public sanitary facilities - Cloakrooms-showers-sanitary - Technical premises)
The volumetry is broken down into 3 layers in order to integrate into the urban landscape the imposing size represented by sports halls of this size.
Environmental characteristics:
• Sound insulation of the building regarding the railways
• Gas condensing boiler - Radiant panels and Radiators
• Solar photovoltaic panels
• Double flow ventilation with very high efficiency energy recovery (80%)
• Facades and cladding in polycarbonate, perforated steel and aluminum composite panels mirror polished appearance
• Natural lighting and ventilation by large sheds on the roof
