Located between downtown Seattle and Lake Union, this full block green project combines the restoration and adaptive reuse of the Supply Laundry Building, a City of Seattle historic landmark, with the development of new retail spaces and 278 residential units. Responding to the building’s large scale and urban location, the design focuses on the balance between pedestrian and vehicle at grade, massing and modulation above grade, and the architectural relationship of the buildings as a whole. Green features include bio-swales along Pontius and Yale.
