Firm
Two-story shell space, 625 square feet, designed as a double-height residence with a loft Bedroom platform.  We made the most of the space by laying out an efficient floor plan zoned by function.  The loft Bedroom is engaged into the building shell on three corners with the fourth corner supported by a column.  the loft is rotated 15 degrees from the orientation of the main volume.
