This house occupies an unusual infill site, between two Grade 2 listed houses, which sits in the St John’s Wood Conservation Area. A single-story artist’s studio originally occupied the plot, and we gained planning permission for a new three-story house, with one and a half stories above ground floor, and one and a half below ground.
