The new 68 residential unit and the ground level retail/work/livespaces are in what was a former hospital in the historic King WilliamNeighborhood. A numberof the existing buildings had new floors added above which becamepenthouse apartments. New large windows, courtyards and a pool/spaarea are signature elements of the mixed-use complex. New patios,shade devices and operable windows allow for passive cooling for thedevelopment. The ground floor areas facing the neighborhood containcommercial spaces which provide life on the street and lend a vibrancyto the immediate community.
