Full replacement of the original 130± year old, figured slate roofs and spire, with minor associated masonry restoration.  Work included fabrication and installation of new sheet metal finial/lightning-cross, skylights, perimeter/juncture flashings and gutters, along with resetting of the stone finials at the spire.  Originally built in 1873 by prominent ecclesiastical architect Henry M. Congdon.Awarded NY Landmarks Conservancy -Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award 2010Awarded Preservation Project Award from the Metropolitan Chapter of the Victorian Society in America 2010
