The Mod Residential Complex is a living manifesto of modernist minimalist principles in architecture.
The silhouettes of three slender monolithic towers are crowned with a luminous amber "crown". In contrast to the strict proportions of the towers, two low volumes with complex copper and gold facades soar like precious stones above the stylobate. The whole complex seems to be carved out of one rock. Natural stone from the facades of the towers goes into the landscaping, paving of the courtyard and the interior of the lobby. It creates a sense of integrity, monumentality and tranquility, from distant urban vantage points to façade and interior details - everything is sensual functionalism.
The main emotion of this residential complex: smart relaxation, space for reflection and concentration.
Residential Complex Mod is the feeling of an ideal place to live.
