This house, only 25 years old, got a completely new arrangement for the new owners: almost all inner walls were removed to create more open spaces, without expanding the footprint.
The texture of the original 'field oven brick' was preserved and emphasized. The new window frames are in black aluminium; which was also used for making screens out of vertical laths as filter on the front door, garage and walls.
Especially the new volume in the sloping roof for an exclusive bed-bath-room is a great added value.
