The master plan for the sports park envisages the arrangement of the facilities for tennis, table tennis and football along a central north-south axis. The largest is the football facility, consisting of two natural grass pitches, the changing and club building, technical facilities and storage as well as the ticket office. The grandstand building with 200 seats is located in the centre of the training and competition pitches, with the technical building adjoining to the north. The split levels of the two-storey building are accessible via a ramp-like path. The difference in height between the entrance, football pitch and ticket office up to the club building with the grandstand in front is terraced and designed with different surfaces for a variety of uses.
The upper floor of the functional building houses the light-flooded club room, which is largely glazed on the west and east sides, with the adjoining catering area and a visual connection to both football pitches. The technical and catering buildings are constructed as timber frame buildings with a black timber façade. The main building is made of reinforced concrete with a clinker brick façade, the stadium roof is a mixed wood and steel construction.
