The architectural concept is dictated by the prevailing building axes and possibilities. The first floor is included, thus emphasizing the main entrance area, and the volume of the hall is enclosed by the L-shaped lower part of the building, which is used as a viewing point for the runways of the airfield and the overview of the city of Kaunas. Also, the composition of the volume forms a public space in the lower part of the building in front of the main entrance.
We divide the massive volume into elements, surrounding the building with a bright, eye-catching, but at the same time non-dominant facade idea - a rhombus. It conveys lightness, transparency, which performs a connecting and covering function.
The second facade material is structural plaster, which is broken down into smaller parts. To enliven and highlight the building, light LED lighting is inserted into the grooves (seams) of the plaster, which gives playfulness to the building.
The building is planned to include a football-rugby field, a cafe, community facilities, a gym and administration facilities.
