Spectrum House creatively transforms a traditional bungalow into a vibrant three-story home for a growing family. Initially comprised of two separate blocks linked by a sheltered roof, the residence evolves into a cohesive living space inspired by the clients' global travels and their desire for a serene yet colorful playground for their children.

The central element of the structure seamlessly connects the previously distinct blocks, forming a core pathway that intertwines leisure and family spaces. Drawing inspiration from a lively spectrum, sunlight filtered through vibrant glasses establishes a dynamic and emotionally resonant atmosphere, fostering an environment where families can create enduring memories and experience a sense of peace within the walls.

The integration of the leisure-focused left block with the right block dedicated to core family activities establishes a harmonious internal pathway, promoting family connectivity. Sustainable living takes precedence through the strategic placement of fin walls to capture prevailing winds, while north and south-facing glass louvres windows enhance cross-ventilation, minimizing the need for artificial cooling and maximizing natural daylight.

Beyond its role as a residence, Spectrum House serves as a canvas for family bonding, utilizing color shadows to infuse warmth and vibrancy, fostering an environment that enriches family connections. The facade orientation facing the swimming pool and landscape provides an optimal view, allowing parents to oversee their children's activities.

In redefining the conventional bungalow, Spectrum House introduces color, light, and a thoughtful layout tailored to the needs of a growing family. The color glass, representing gratitude and love, transforms the space into a haven for cherished memories. Through its fusion of form, function, and heartfelt aspirations, Spectrum House stands as a testament to harmonious living and joyful, family-centric design.
