Spectra Raaya - Experience Mockup is an upcoming premium apartment complex at Whitefield, Bangalore.
The Experience Mockup comprises of a marketing unit as well. The front setback area of the linear site was identified for the experience centre along with Model flat, such that the entry to the site faces south. The site is largely surrounded by open lands and a few buildings.

In an era, where we live in a world within a world, there is a need to be sensitive to the way we inhabit space. Raaya Model flat finds its genesis in this approach. The focus of the design was to place the user of this project in prime importance, and this narrative leads to a focus on user-centric design.
