This 4 story building, housing 30 office/commercial spaces, is an extention and development of an existing 2 story concrete structure.                     The exterior clading of Aluzinc and the coloured perforated metal sun screens give the building a striking presence while contributing to the energy efficiency of the project. Two  curving  ramps lead to the two wooden decked entrances, protected by encircling red screens.
