A small office in central Bergamo, Italy, re-purposed to a bright and spacious studio flat. The main challenge was in turning a single space into a comfortable clutter-free flat. A wall in the main room was redesigned to ‘hide’ a double bed and additional cabinets; the kitchen was designed in a space-efficient way, without compromising its usability. From the main room to the circulation-space, a mirrored door is used to hide the washing machine and dryer, creating a feeling of a bigger space. In the
bathroom, under the sink, a wood bespoke bathroom-vanity gives a unique look.
