SPAZIO BLD "corridor of the patio" is a five floor office and rental apartment building with one basement . The first floor has two entrance acted as face for the office and rental apartment. By placing the meeting room on the first floor and offices space on the basement, it allows maximum utilization of building perimeter space for apartment space. This way, you may obtain the benefits from a lightfriendly space on the first basement while at the same time protecting privacy of the work space on the basement. In the evening, lightning from the office space not only will make the entire building appear to be floating but also gives a warm and welcoming impressions to the pedestians. By incorporating lot of lightning from the first floor to the second floor, it possible to create an effect that make the white stairs appears as if they were floating. By changing the layout and colour of all the apartment room, it gives personality and pride to people who lives in it.
