Located in Bangkok - Thailand, Chamchuri Square is a high-rise building complex with forty floors and a height of 173 metres (568 ft). FVA was requested to renovate the 24th floor of the building to turn the plain 3281 sqm into fully equipped private and shared workspaces as well as entertainment and relaxing areas.
The contemporary design of the coworking space is, as usual, modern and light-filled, featuring glass walls, wooden flooring and rectangular area rugs defining the coworking spaces. Wood bookcases offer an ideal storage and display solution for traditional workspaces. Also doubling as creative room dividers, they can be used to demarcate spaces in an open-floor area.
The cool in tone of wood induce the space look fresh, light, airy and goes beautifully with the grey ductwork. The exposed ductwork doesn’t feel out of place at all as its color match the overall tone of the place.
The focal point of attention is abstract murals inspired by the artistic and cultural city in which the building is located. It is an eye-catching way to decorate an office, dramatically adding small touches the look and feel of the space.
The team has also worked hard to incorporate greenery into the space through the introduction of plant boxes, which also promote well-being and bring natural air into the office. In short, the sophisticated design of SPACES Chamchuri Square makes it a beautiful workspace to facilitate new connections and get things done.
