New pavilion to replace the existing one. Project objective include replacing the dilapidated pavilion, provide a new kitchen, and consolidate / update the restrooms. The new design re-orients the pavilion to the park, rather than the street and provides updated kitchen and restrooms as well as a utility room. It will be partially closed on three sides and open to the playground.
