The project addresses the programmatic requirements of a residential building with the intention not only to meet them but to surpass them by innovating in both design and construction techniques commonly used in this type of development. It reinvents the typical repetitive reading of real estate projects to create a new architectural language. This is one of the fundamental reasons why these residences—through their scale, materiality, and spatiality—feel like true homes: warm, welcoming, and embracing, far removed from trends or specific eras.
The façades are a direct response to the needs of each space and its function, as well as to the relationship with the environment and climate. Two principal façades protect family life: one facing the golf course, projecting the interior while absorbing the exterior, and another that reinforces a lifestyle of exclusivity, grounded in healthy living principles and a balance between function and spatial quality.
The proposal is for an architecture that needs no ornamentation—a bare architecture that reveals both spatial and structural solutions. It is resolved with high-quality materials and state-of-the-art technologies. More than a conventional and correct housing solution, the project aspires to create an environment that fosters an exclusive ecosystem in daily life—stimulating a lifestyle connected to vegetation, natural light, and air quality. The result is perceived as “living in a house with generous spaces and spatial richness,” creating a natural atmosphere through its terraces and strong relationship with the golf course—an environment that feels sheltered from the chaos of the city.
Its timeless aesthetic ensures sustainability beyond fleeting fashions, guaranteeing a strong and positive image over time. The design emphasizes linear slabs accompanied by planters, rhythmically interrupted by concrete ribs. Together with vegetation, these vertical elements frame and animate the façade, providing a dynamic yet coherent presence within the urban context—completely free of prepackaged languages.
The project is defined by four principal elements: exposed concrete and wood as noble materials, combined with vegetation and light as essential components of the residences. In conclusion, it is a rational architecture, a direct response to functional needs—free of makeup or forced solutions—yet achieving a unique and exclusive personality.
