Soleil was the brainchild of the prestigious Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group, a partnership between two creative couples at the top of the Houston “fine dining chain.” Candace Schiller – an experienced and talented interior designer provided her expert guidance and discerning design sensibilities into the conception of the space. With a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and design motif Soleil was a fine-dining destination with spectacular views across a breeze-swept terrace overlooking Lake Travis four hundred feet below. The palette of materials includes reclaimed wood and driftwood, blues and oranges taking cues from the sunset and water, and the fabled ocean which inspired it.
