Solari is a 465 FT (142 meter) tall, 41-story, mixed-use building containing 233 apartments of various sizes. The building fills 100% of its dense mid-block infill site in midtown Manhattan, and offers spectacular views in all directions.
Because of its mid-block location, the podium of the building is clad with limestone that reinforces the context of the existing street with its neighboring masonry-fronted buildings. The tower is clad in glass to maximize the enjoyment of the spectacular views.
Each dwelling unit has been carefully designed to enhance the lifestyle of the occupants. Most apartments have ceilings that are at least 10 FT (over 3 meters) tall, and are outfitted with the highest quality finishes, casework, and appliances. The amenity package has been programmed with a flourish of hospitality, virtually turning the building into a destination resort with indoor swimming pool, life-fitness health club, conference room, golf simulator, and is crowned with a rooftop lounge and outdoor space, creating a new icon on the city’s skyline.
