This project was a renovation of a 3,300 sf duplex apartment in Soho including the design of 2,500 sf of rooftop terrace. In this simple, modern Living Room a floating ceiling was created to add drama. The stair in the center creates a sculptural element tying the 2 floors and rooftop together, as well as bringing daylight throughout the house. Our firm also did the landscape design on the rooftop – integrating new structure that permitted the planting of (2) 40’ tall Pin Oak trees.
