ABOUT THE PROJECT
The owners of a 0.904 hectare site surrounded by low-rise residential buildings need a comfortable house for a family with two children, guest bedrooms, a garage and a relaxation area.
CONCEPT
Designing a barrier-free space with private, active, public and relaxation areas. Energy efficient technology, ranch style, symbiosis of living and natural environment, privacy and comfort.
REALIZATION
ZIKZAK with BIM-design technology used the site's capabilities to the maximum, oriented the building to the cardinal points, applied non-standard architectural and planning solutions:
• monolithic-frame construction minimized the integration of load-bearing structures into the interior;
• the heart of the house is a kitchen-living room and an open pergola with access to the terrace and aquazone;
• master bedroom with panoramic windows, pergola, terrace and swimming pool - in the south-west, for long-term natural lighting of the interior;
• the private part of the house is separated from the utility, game and garage;
• the house has 5 bedrooms with dressing rooms, three bathrooms, a sauna, a playroom, a kitchen-living room, a garage for 2 cars, a furnace and a laundry room with access to the backyard;
• the cascade structure of the house with a raised one and a half level of the kitchen-living room provides natural lighting with a second light and stained-glass windows of the pergola.

• a spacious relaxation area combines an outdoor pool, a terrace with an external fireplace and a pergola with a transforming roof and swivel facade stained-glass windows;
• before entering the garage - express car parking;
• front entrance immediately directs guests to the public area of the estate;
• Highly raised windows of the adjacent wall section provide privacy;
• a flat roof harmonizes the cascade structure, ensures uniform shading and lighting;
• plot and house - integral barrier-free space in a single style;
• biophilic design supported by premium natural finishing materials: granite tiles, aseptic beams, living pool enclosure.
Energy efficient project solutions:
• insulated strip foundation;
• walls - double ceramic block 2NF;
• ventilated facade-sandwich with basalt wool insulation, 4 mm air layer and expanded clay finish:
• panoramic glazing of the south-western sector of the house;
• energy efficient translucent structures;
• heated gutters;
• transforming pergola roof;
• protruding flat roof console.
