The building goes along an L-shaped lot and stays within the building limits so it articulates itself in a very a complex shape. Every flats has a patio which guarantees a private relationship with the exterior. The whole structure is a block where everyday spaces are obtained from the volume of the building. The block skin is made by metal sheet coated with zinc and has vertical orientation.
