A modern three-storey apartment building with an attic will be built on Jazminų Street in Kretinga, which will have 44 apartments, common areas, a staircase, sanitary facilities, a heating room and a lift. The first and second floors will be adapted for residents with disabilities, while the third floor will be reserved for large families. It is planned that up to 100 people will be able to live here. A shelter has also been designed in the basement.
In order to ensure a comfortable and high-quality environment for families with children, the project includes not only functional dwellings, but also outdoor spaces for the well-being of the community. Next to the apartment building, there will be children’s playgrounds, a sports field and recreation areas that will encourage active leisure and community spirit.
This project will contribute to reducing social exclusion and provide a safe and dignified place to live for those who need municipal housing support. We are creating not only a functional and comfortable building, but also an environment where people can feel at home. It is important to us that our projects are sustainable, long-lasting and meet the needs of all residents, which is why we pay particular attention to the responsible use of resources and social inclusion.
