This project aims to make a general survey of the probabilities for the installation of a Public Space of social interaction and encourage the sport practice, extending over the river and interconnecting the opposite bank.Specifically we seek to develop a project for a public building that provides a specific population socializing, alternative transport route, and encouraging physical activity that allows access to the entire population. Imagine that a public facility in the Marginal Pinheiros, who served both as to living the transposition of the river can act as a "manifesto" of urban criticism of logical structuring of urban space the metropolis, and, specifically, an alternative to the project to "improve" the Marginal of Tietê.
