The penthouse sprawls across the entire top floor of the Smyth Hotel, and is part of the
condominium development of the property.The client came to LVMinc as a new, yet old client; Larah had worked on
the Smyth Hotel lobby design while team leader at Yabu Pushelberg. The penthouse required a keen eye, and on the spot solutions to
meet the demands of the fast paced schedule. The developer wanted the balance of feeling apart of the great city that falls beyond the windows, as well as feeling truly at home.To achieve this goal, LVMinc worked with rich two-toned colors to be warm and welcoming She carefully curated a collection of
both vintage pieces paired with well chosen, signature modern pieces to offer a
lasting impression.
