Contemporary Townhouses is the basic idea of the project,
an efficient and different concept of multiple housing with small section but with many levels to create living spaces. common areas such as access and parking areas, and each apartment with private terraces, balconies and gardens.The project reuses the original structure of a house built in the sixties resulting in three loft apartments. Not only the structure was able to reuse, but also some materials such as wood, iron, and even specific elements as the main staircase. All these old elements witness to the old house, joining and forming part of the new project.
