The restaurant is an interior build-out within an existing shopping plaza. The owner was concerned with the economics of the build-out without sacrificing the aesthetic appeal of the dining experience. The general contractor added to the flair of the design by utilizing lighting fixtures that were warehoused from previous projects. This helped reduce the construction budget without sacrificing the style. Over the weekends small jazz bands play while the customers enjoy great one-of-a-kind bbq recipes.
