Housed in a former turn of the century pharmacy, the Smith Canteen in Carroll Gardens is a 800 sf cafe with a focus on seasonal food and Counter Culture coffee. Existing wood cabinetry was re-purposed for the functions of the cafe. Counters were located in order to maximize flow and to provide a showcase for the freshly prepared food.
