The SMICHOV POINT project adds a new office building to an existing brownfield site in Prague 5, at the intersection of two main streets. This proposal has remained in the concept phase as a new developer is currently building a residential project there. The former distillery site, which includes valuable industrial architecture, is connected to the north. The building has 7 floors. On the ground floor there is an access control, entrance hall, showroom, café and building management. The first to sixth floors are divided into open space office spaces of various sizes and offices. Meeting and breakout rooms are located in the central area.
