Small apartment renovation
The apartment situated in the very centre of the city, was in a bad
state. Renovation had to be carried on a very tight budget. We
concluded on few but bold strategic decisions that would keep the costs
low and at the same time bring a breath of fresh air to the space.
The apartment's layout was radically changed. Walls were demolished to
unite living space directly to entrance and kitchen, two small storage
/ services areas were created. We went in to detailed design for most
of what is there: furniture, colours, lighting, insulation, materials
and supervised the whole construction.
As a result, time and money was saved for our happy client.
