The urban idea is established on an axis north-south game of oblique lines, allowing a relative small space to experience several and open perspectives. This urban design of angles gives place to:- principal facades oriented east-west- released views for every building facades- the placement of the two buildings shape an exterior space in between which functions such as a welcome square for both buildings.The architectural principle is simple: A "thick" building present an open office platform, free of all internal circulation, which is placed outside the office surface, in a vast glassy gallery.The gallery is a winter garden that shelters the distribution passageway to the office platforms and the service areas that emerging in small solid wood volumes. This gallery works with the active principles of sustainable and bioclimatic architecture: the facades exposed south-east and north-west heat or refresh the air. The air is after guided into the office platforms according to a double system in winter and in summer.
