The site is exceptional and atypical: the plot is large but triangular, the topography is sloping but the south direction is not facing the slope, the local area is very green and not yet very built. But it will probably one day. Some options have emerged obviously :_Building homes with south-facing gardenThe comfort is optimum: the houses are through and the living rooms are open wide on the gardens to the south. On the environmental point of view, to open wide to the south and less to the north is a more favourable disposition to save energy. The concealments by outdoor blinds enable to control the “free” solar gain. The simulations performed show that with this settlement houses did not bear shadow._Exploit the existing topography by a logic of traysThe impact of buildings and embankments on the site are minimal. The hard limestone layer in being very close to the natural terrain makes it economically wise.
