Sky Seputeh is a sculptural residential landmark set between the green ridges of Seputeh Hill and the urban density of Mid Valley City. The design transforms a rare hillside site into a model for climate-responsive high-rise living grounded in its neighbourhood identity.
The twin towers are shaped by fluid balcony ribbons that create a distinctive silhouette while shading interiors, generating self-shading down the façade, and channelling natural breezes. This expressive form is rooted in performance rather than visual gesture.
Inside, each residence is planned as a landed home in the sky, featuring private lift lobbies, wide frontages, and generous terraces that extend living spaces outward. A two-acre elevated leisure deck, anchored by Malaysia’s longest man-made sky beach, offers resort-like wellness and social amenities.
Through sensitive massing, passive design, and lush landscape integration, Sky Seputeh creates a calm yet iconic sanctuary that strengthens its hillside community and elevates everyday living.
