The model apartment for Sky House, a 55-story residential building, is designed with the theme of the ultimate bachelor pad. The design uses a contrasting black and white palette and channels the industrial chic aesthetic. The bachelor pad also includes many entertainment features, such as a state-of-the-art home media system that fully controls the audio / video components throughout the apartment and a 1978 Playboy pinball machine.
