The building itself represents an architectural and aesthetic contribution to the urban environment, in accordance with the context in which it is located. Designed with special attention to functionality and a modern way of living, it provides a space that is flexible and adaptable. Quality materials, finishing, and innovative technological solutions in the construction process contribute to the creation of high-quality living space.

Special attention was dedicated to the design of sliding facade panels, which not only contribute to the aesthetics of the building, but also create a pleasant microclimate inside the space. These panels enable the control of brightness and privacy, which makes it possible to adapt the interior environment to the different needs and wishes of tenants.

In order to achieve economy and save energy, the building is equipped with a system that provides optimal heating of the space adapted to the human body. In addition, the ceiling height of 2.7m and 2.95m, as well as the large glass facade surfaces - from floor to ceiling - provide better ventilation, allowing daylight to enter, reducing the need for primary energy, thus improving the quality of the living space.

This residential building contains twenty-four residential units, of which seven are two-room, eleven three-room and four four-room apartments. This diverse selection of apartments allows the space to be adjusted according to the individual needs and lifestyle, while the area of each apartment meets the standards of modern and comfortable living.
