Type
The
project of a residential and commercial complex in the seaside town,
Darłowo.
An
interesting location of the facility, situated next to the river and
a pedestrian bridge, and its utility clearly determined by the
Investor, created an opportunity for implementation of the original
design solution. The designed unit consists of a quarter of four-and
five-storey buildings of a complex functional and spatial structure.
The ground floor is intended for service and commercial locals with
internal system of pedestrian routes. The above floors are destined
for apartments with access to semi-private gardens created on the
ground floor roof.
On
top storey there are independent villas with terraces on the roof of
lower storey. The form of the building refers to Mediterranean
architecture of “white cities” and combines tourists routes in
the service storey with apartments with semi-public gardens and the
most intimate villas on the top of the structure. The unique geometry
of the building provides a beautiful panorama for all residents.
Windows and terraces overlook various elements of landscape, either
the sea and a lighthouse or the river, church towers, and the old
city.
