The residential complex is composed of six single-family housing units, two of which have been built and two are under construction.
The composition of the simple building volumes takes reference from the archetypes of the “house” understood as a simple form of living and through a contemporary language, becomes a manifesto of integration between the new construction and the existing context.
The pairs of dwellings, built in adherence, are born as a single building, but the simple translation of the volumes that compose it give the possibility of creating spaces of relevance with a certain degree of privacy for the unfolding of daily life and at the same time give the illusion of a clear separation of the bodies of the housing units conceived as independent elements.
The volumes of the dwellings, in fact, evoke blocks of material with voids dug inside them that then correspond in reality to the window openings and the entrance.
