When the snow bends branches of spruces outside the window, the hot bath contrasts well with the frost. But not only the hot stones make us warmer. It also gives us a hot fireplace, cozy interior, but above all the warmth of the home and a sense of security.

The project includes reconstruction and interior design of a single-family house, located on the outskirts of Bielsko-Biała, at the foot of the Beskids. Although it is located in a compact terraced building, the windows overlook the picturesque surroundings. It is a three-storey building with a built-in garage. Reconstruction assumes division into functional zones related to living, relaxation and sleeping rooms.
The main assumption was to change the layout of the ground floor and separate a new leisure zone behind the garage, where the sauna was designed and a shallow water tank located next to it for relaxation after taking a bath in the sauna. On the first floor, in the central part, there is a kitchen open to the living room with a fireplace and a dining room in a glazed loggia. Also on the first floor there is a master bedroom with a private bathroom, while on the second floor there are other bedrooms or guest rooms designed.
Thanks to the large openness of the space and the bright colors used, spaciousness has been obtained, which is enhanced by glazing with views of the garden. The main materials used in the interior are patinated black sheet and natural brick. The subdued background for these materials is the bright colors of the floor and walls. Design style referring to the industrial character is used in a moderate way, which allows you to create a sense of staying in a cozy and family home.
