The notion that the involuntary independence of Singapore was conceived in chaos, is hardly an exaggeration.
As an unsubmitted proposal for the global design competition for Singapore Founders' Memorial, Zeng Zhibin has envisioned a heroic structure and space that echoes the nation’s transition from a state of chaos to a state of order.
