The architect's task was to reflect in the interior the concept of the institution's cuisine, which lies in the name itself - SIMPLE. It is a restaurant of modern experimental Belarusian cuisine, which is based entirely on local products. In the interior it was necessary to adhere to simplicity, locality, minimalism. It was also the customer's desire to use as much as possible pieces of furniture left from the former location of the restaurant, and in the production and search for a new one, to stick to local masters and brands.
