A substantial remodel for a contractor, his wife and young daughter, this project was realized on a tight budget and schedule. With a love of modern architecture the clients embraced the canal friendly massing and open first floor plan. Despite the tight confines the living area is extended outdoors taking advantage of the mild climate and comunal waterfront atmosphere of the area.
