The Silver State Liquor Distribution Center is a 137,000 square foot warehouse with an additional 15,000 square feet of office space within the overall footprint. The building is situated on a 24.5 acre site with consideration given to future expansion. The warehouse has a 35-foot clear height for the automated conveying system and also has a 14,400 square foot cold box for wine storage. A driver’s area, also contained in the warehouse, provides facilities for truck drivers and warehouse employees. The building was constructed of exterior tilt-up concrete panels, one of the largest completed in the state of Nevada to date, with a steel structure and panelized roof system.
