Proposed within an 35 year building complex located in Kerala, India; Sigma reserves its spot through its perforated sheet facade, designed to refrain one's vision from the worn out ACP sheets above.
The clients requested for a clean and seamless layout that would efficiently manage patients arriving for various kind of scans. This led us into bifurcating the space into 5 zone; Common lobby , Xray Zone, USG Zone, MRI Zone and an admin area tucked behind the flowy double height wall. Each of the scan zones have been designed to seat their patients in their specific lounge .
The color scheme derives from our clients vision to have us incorporate beige as a denominating color through out the space . We built this single tone in multiple materials raging from stains, tiles, mosaics, vinyl, laminates accompanied by accents of brushed SS. The approach was a conscious one as we wanted the branding of the space to stand out which can be seen through out in a contrasting yet complimenting blue .
