This property is situated on a relaxed, treelined Mornington Peninsula coastal location where the local eucalypt canopies create a unique micro climate and environment for weekend get aways with family and friends. Our clients wanted to enhance the amenity of their newly acquired holiday home and the results of our comprehensive design and contract administration service speak for themselves with stunning garden resulting in multiple state and National awards.
The large lap pool and wet edge works in perfectly with the levels and is flanked by a sunken fire pit area creating the perfect evening setting to entertain with family and friends. Large open lawn areas allow for the young family to play and explore creatively with total freedom while the filetti paved alfresco zones with built in wood fired pizza oven and BBQ, kitchen garden, lounge deck provide the adults with all they need for the great Australian way of life.
Natural materials of local gravel, rustic recycled timber sleeper steps, corten steel and raw concrete all helps to pair the palette back to nature Coastal plantings of wispy Carex and Lomandra varieties along with the clipped forms of Westringia, Correa and tuecrium and ground covers of Euphorbia, casuarina and Correa all combine to enhance the relaxed nature of this garden and provide and genuine sense of belonging to it’s surrounding environment.
